Scalette pathway



The Scalette are a path for bikers more experienced, located within the spectacular Elba Gravity Bike Park. Leaving the resort Le Panche continuing towards the signs that lead to the mezza strega pathway, which travel along a small stretch.


Arrived at the Passo la croce turn left, where the path of ladders for about 2.1 km. After a few meters, the view opens over the bay of Nisporto, giving you a breathtaking view of the sea. The path gradually becomes more technical and stone steps that characterize this path begin to descend into the valley.


At the middle of the way, on your left you will see the Volterraio Castle, which surrounds the beautiful valley of forests. The final part of this course is very technical and requires some good driving skills as well as good physical condition, so we recommend it to beginners only accompanied by experts.

Coming to Falconaia on the dirt road you can visit the pretty and unspoiled beaches, nestled in the coast as the beaches of Zupignano, Le Secche, or the more tourist ones far about a kilometer from Nisporto and Bagnaia.
