Serra pathway Serra



The origin of Serra’s pathway comes from the namesake moutain.

The pathway’starting is located in Aia di Caio that it is along the street from Rio dell’Elba to Nisporto and Nisportino.

The first strecht of the pathway, goes on the Eremo of Santa Caterina (ancient meditation place) and L’Orto dei Semplici (botanical garden) and it will bring quickly on Monte Serra’s top.

When you get the top of the mountain, you will enjoy the whole wonderfoul sight. Every year, it is also organized a pradatory’s camp. Following the pathway on the top, you will find bends rock’s, sights and natural obstacles, that make this stretch of the patway funny.

Keep following the patway goes down untill the end of it, and you will arrive to the starting point in Aia di Caio.
