Mine Trail

The Mine Trail race, takes place every year in September, within the impressive landscape of Rio's mines and consists of several challenges which involve the main racing classes. The competitive run has two variants: one, most intensive, of 27km, while the other is 14 km long. You can also participate to the non-competitive run, which is on the shortest track of 14km.

The race takes place in a panoramic and impressive environment, crossed by the Mining Shipyard of the Basin, the Valley of Mount Giove, the charming pond of Rio Albano,until turning back to the village along the promenade to the finish line, which is setted on the terrace of Spiazzi in Rio Marina.
