It's been several days, Giulio Fantini, the owner of a counter lotto of Portoferraio has been waiting for the winner of the Totip playslip to come and collect his award of one millions and eight hundred thousand lire. Newspapers have reported this win, Fantini talks about it with everyone, but the lucky one hasn't showed up yet.

One of the two options: he either lost his playslip and doesn't think about it anymore;or maybe he is busy doing other things. Anyway Elba is notoriously depressed and who wins a considerable sum like this million and eight hundreds bucks should not miss it.

Unless this dude is so suspicious he prefers to wait until these modest rumours caused by the win appease and then he will come like a shrimp, dull to collect his money without anyone asking him a loan or a present.

However, you see that it is not common to win great sums in Elba, or at least modest in any of the many ways of gambling approved by the State, that same State which may inflict on you a fine because it caught you playing bingo at your girlfriend's house (just to keep hands busy!)

We encourage the winner to show up easily to sor Giulio; we will remain silent to prevent him any sorts of annoyance. Then if he wanted to offer us the coffee, we will accept with pleasure.
