Driving without licence

Orsi Giancarlo from Portoferraio got catched by the police when he was driving a scooter without licence in the town centre. 

The accused acknowledged his faults but claimed he was in a state of need as he was going to buy some medicines. The judge sentenced him to 40 days of arrest by granting him suspended sentence. P.M. Retali – Defence Orzati.
