Description of Enfola beach
Enfola offers two beaches located on either side of the isthmus which joins the promontory of Capo d'Enfola. The main and most popular beach is the one to the west (the left one as you reach Enfola). This shore is characterized by smooth gravels mixed with gray shaded pebbles. The beach is mostly of free access and it offers a rental for umbrellas, sunbeds and paddle boats to discover the wonders of this coast.
By the beach there are also a dock, the building of Tonnara (the old tuna trap which is now the headquarter of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park), and a small buoys for short boats.On the eastern slope of Capo d'Enfola there is located the smaller beach, mainly characterized by a pier and a buoy managed by the Association amici dell'Enfola. Given the presence of small boats, many of which brought ashore, this beach is less frequented by tourists.
Close to both beaches, there are Bars and Restaurants, as well as accommodation in Campsites, Hotels, B&B and Apartments for rent, where you can spend an unforgettable vacation on Elba.
Access to Enfola Beach
From Portoferraio, you can reach the beach of Enfola driving for about 6 km along the road towards Enfola and Viticcio. Once in Enfola, you can park in a convenient and wide parking that becomes a paid parking during summer.
