Description of Mola beach

The beach of Mola is one of the few dog beaches in Elba and it is located on the eastern side of Elba, few minutes away from the villages of Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro. The access and parking to this Dog Beach is very easy, also perfect for people with disabilities who need to reach the beach on a wheelchair.

The shore is mostly free, with a portion characterized by a beautiful lawn, which is partially equipped and cared by a near hotel. The place does not offer many services other than those of the nearby accommodation, but you can easily rent an umbrella, with chairs or sunbeds. In addition there are cabins, toilets for the disabled and all the equipment for your pets. In summer, there are many boats during the night seeking shelter in the protected Gulf of Mola.

Access to the beach of Mola

You can access the beach by car near the location of Mola towards Porto Azzurro. A few meters after the junction for Capoliveri on the left there is a sign with a dirt road that leads you to the beach parking.
