Description about the beach of Morcone

Quite popular during the summer season, the beach is about 270 meters long and it is composed of sand and fine gravel. The beach is also frequented by families with children because the seabed slopes gently and although it is not very big it is well serviced. There are beach clubs, bars, lane for boats, motor boats rentals, restaurants, diving school, mooring boat service and windsurfing school. Surrounded by lush vegetation, in the spring it explodes in a riot of color thanks to the many wild flowers of the Mediterranean maquis.

Access to the beach of Morcone

The seaside village of Morcone, is located at the footstep of Capoliveri's village along the southern coast. It is about 3 km from the village and you can reach it by car following the directions starting from the village. Alternatively you can use the shuttle bus service that is guaranteed during summer connecting the beach to the village.
