Description of Margidore Beach
This beach is one of the largest and most extended of Elba, and it is one of three beaches near Lacona. Indeed you can reach Margidore from the eastern end of the tourist resort of Lacona where a short road leads to the beach. Much of the beach is composed of dark polished pebbles of various sizes, with some short stretches of sand. Not much crowded, it is ideal for those seeking tranquility. The beach is almost completely free to access for bathing except for a structure located at the center that provides a beach club as well as bar and restaurant. The right side of the bay is equipped with a small dock where small and medium sized boats can moor. There is also a crane that allows the hauling and launching of tourist motor boats.
Access to Margidore beach
Located on the eastern side of Capo Stella, the beach is easily accessible through a short stretch of road that leads to the beach.
