It is only 200 meters away from the beautiful sandy beach, and the town can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.
The approximately 120 sqm apartment is situated on the upper floor of an independent villa and offers a lovely equipped garden on the outside, with a barbecue area for enjoyable outdoor grilling, a spacious furnished relaxation area, and two free parking spaces.
The apartment consists of a spacious fully-equipped kitchen + living room with an adjoining veranda/dining area and access to the terrace in front of the house, equipped with shades and an awning for outdoor dining in complete freedom. The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms, one double and two twins, with the possibility to accommodate up to 6/7 people. It also offers two large bathrooms with shower cabins and two spacious terraces outside, furnished with tables and chairs.
