Description of the Apartments Villa Anna
The Apartments Villa Anna are furnished and modernly equipped with color TV and consists of two units: 5 mini-houses with 3 to 5 beds, 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and bath, each 30 to 40 sqm. A big house with 3 apartments for 3 to 7 beds with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, 1 or 2 shared bathrooms, kitchen and living room, each 40 to 100 sqm. All apartments have a large garden with granite tables and chairs, umbrellas, grill, outdoor shower, ping pong and parking lot.

Where we are
In a strategic location halfway between North and South at 2.5 kilometers from the beach of Procchio (north) and 2.5 km from Marina di Campo (south) in these places there are supermarkets, pharmacies, newsagents and shops of all kinds. Everything is located in peace and harmony in the green Mediterranean nature.

How to reach the Apartments Villa Anna
From Portoferraio you take the direction of Marina di Campo. Directions: From the A1 motorway towards Milano Parma-La Spezia-Livorno-Rosignano-Piombino Porto (harbour) – Elba Island. It takes 4 hours + 1 hour with the ferry. You will find us halfway between the villages of Marina di Campo and Procchio. Approx. 2.3 kilometers to Procchio you drive to the right is a paved path that has the sign "Villa Anna". Follow this for about 200m. and then you see us on the left side.
