Where is the Residence Dolores

The residence Pozzo al Moro is located on the countryside. The center of Marina di Campo is just 1 km from the residence away. The Bay of Cavoli is 3km in the west. Our guests have parking, children's games, garden, swimming pool and a soccer field available.

 

Descriptions of Residence Dolores

We offer various types of Apartments. From the studio for two people to plurivani with seven beds. All our apartments are fully furnished, modern and functional, with kitchen, refrigerator, sink, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and other accessories.

We also have bedding and towels (changed weekly) for each person. Each apartment has a private outdoor area, shaded and furnished, where you can eat. In the garden, the children can play safely and adults can spend their holidays in a relaxed, comfortable and elegant residence.

The sea is very close. On the one hand there is the wide beach of Marina di Campo and Galenzana, while the others are Colle Palombaia, Cavoli, Seccheto Fetovaia. All are within a few minutes by car or bicycle reachable. The apartments are of different types and are named after flowers and plants.

In particular, we have:

- Studio 10 (Type A and B): Lily, cyclamen, corn flower, magnolia, rose, broom, forsythia, lilies, Dulcamara, Mimosa;

- 9, two (type C, D and D1): gentian violet, iris, sunflower, daisy, azalea, hydrangea, wisteria, jasmine;

- 7 Three-bedroom apartments (type E, F and G): primroses, daffodils, lilacs, hawthorn, tulip, geranium, lavender. For more detailed information will be of individual apartments we would suggest you visit our Web site.

COMMENTS:

• The prices are included: taxes, hot and warm water, light, gas, bed linen and bath towels (kitchen excluded) with weekly change, TV color, parking, use of the swimming-pool (from 19.05 to 05.10) and use of the soccer and volley ball field.
• Deposit: 150 € to be payed on site;
• Final cleaning:
  Studio (A,B) € 60
  Two rooms apartments (C,D,D1) € 65
  Three rooms apartment (E,F,G) € 75
• EXTRA CHARGE:
  Extra final cleaning € 35,00 for kitchenette cleaning, if left dirty;
  Pets: admittance subject to agreement, with extra charge of € 45,00 for better final cleaning.
• Payement: 30% of the total sum on confirmation of the booking (postal order or bank transfer) and settlemente on arrival (cash or bank check, we don't accept Credit Cards)).
• Arrival: between 17:00 and 20:00 hours (for other arrival times please contact the management);
• Departure: before 10:00;
• Interruption of the stay: no refund for early departure or renunciation of the stay of the paid sum on arrival;

RECOMMENDATION: we kindly ask our guests to respect the resting hours between 14:00 and 18:00 hours and after 23:00 hours.
