How to reach the Residence Il Pavone

Driving out of the port area follow the road signs "Tutte le direzioni" (All directions). Drive along the dual carriageway that leaves Portoferraio and at the roundabout for Porto Azzurro on the left, do not turn left but go straight on in the direction for Procchio and Marina di Campo. After 2 km you will reach the road above the Biodola, continue going straight on and follow the road for about 4 km until you reach Procchio. Once you arrive in Procchio, turn left and follow the directions for Marina di Campo. On entering Marina di Campo, near the petrol station "AGIP" you will see, on your right, the road that leads to the residence "Il Pavone".

Description of Residence Il Pavone

THE RESIDENCE,set in the green vegetation of a large park of 5000 sq.m, and only 400 m from the beautiful white, sandy bay of Marina di Campo. Children's games, solarium, table tennis, patio with equipped barbecue and a large pond with fish, ducks and peacocks are available for the guests.
 
THE ENVIRONMENT AND ATMOSPHERE, informal, indicated for families who love nature and tranquillity. It offers a very relaxing holiday thanks to the hospitality of the proprietors who take care of everything in detail. Covered car park and private beach convention.

THE APARTMENTS, comfortable, large and luminous. They consist of open-plan living room and cooking area, bedroom and bathroom. They are well furnished and have satellite TV, Safe, Phon, heating and microwave furnace.

 

The Facilities available to our guest are: Private covered car park, Private beach agreement, Solarium, Children's game, Outside shower, Washing machine on request, Bedroom and bathroom linen ( with change of linen), Satellite TV, Safe, Phon, Microwave furnace, Heating, Table tennis, Barbecue, Bike.

Easter, Christmas, New Year: period B.

Private beach: located in the Bathhouse "Bagni Pineta" 450 m away:
- Until the end of May, including free service;
- June € 70.00 per week;
- July € 95.00 per week;
- August to 3 September € 125.00 per week;
- From 3 to 10 September € 60.00 per week;
- From 10 September to the end of the season is the service included for free.
The service includes: 2 chairs, 1 umbrella, toilet, hot shower, dressing room, a children's area with toys. Please reserve in advance, pay on the spot.

Holiday rental: from Saturday 15.00/18.00 Clock to Saturday 9.00 Clock. Customer service upon arrival and departure outside the normal times.

Pets: are allowed on request Euro 30,00 per week.

Services included: water, electricity, gas, heating if necessary, satellite TV, private covered garage, laundry and towels weekly, at the beginning of stay cleaning service, hair dryer, safe, oven and microwave, playground, solarium and barbeque.

Services excluded: Waste Management (room, bathroom, kitchen), endcleaning kitchen (50 Euro per apartment), kitchen towels are not available, Security deposit Euro 200 per apartment, washing machine (5 euro per wash), cycling (euro 10.00 per week).

The residence is open all year.
