Our apartment is located in the historic area of Marina di Campo and just 50 meters from the large parking lot.

The apartment il Salandro is located in the center of Marina di Campo and yet in a quiet location. Behind the house you find a large outdoor area with lots of greenery with table, chairs, umbrella and a barbecue. The yard is fenced and ideal for families with children. The apartment is a little higher than the ground floor. A short wide staircase leads to the front door. The apartment il Salandro can accommodate 4 persons and is equipped with air conditioning.

This beautiful apartment has been recently renovated and well furnished, it consists of a living room with dining table and TV, kitchen (new furniture) with 4 gas rings, oven, fridge-freezer, pressure cooker, etc. Bathroom with shower and washing machine, bedroom with double bed, rooms with extra beds (convertible into double), wardrobe. On request, a folding bed can be added (for children with 2 / 3 years). The apartment has a water tank with 1000 liters, so you won't feel if there water shortage. The price includes final cleaning, for periods longer than one week will be given a discount of € 50.00. The booking period runs from Saturday to Saturday. For less than one week, the apartment is not available. Offered services: cleaning service, TV, small pets allowed, public parking 50 meters away and from the sea 100 meters away.
