How to reach the Hotel Da Fine
Our Hotel is situated in the south-western part of the island of Elba, on the beautiful coastline that is also called «Costa del Sole».
Once you arrive at Portoferraio with the ferry, just follow the direction for Procchio and then for Marina di Campo. From Marina di Campo follow the road for «Cavoli-Seccheto-Fetovaia». Once you passed the Palombaia pass you enter in the Costa del Sole. A few km only after the little village of Cavoli you reach Seccheto where you find our hotel.
In the middle of the Seccheto bay, the hotel lies in a sunny and peaceful position, just a few steps from the sandy beach and the beautiful rocks. Completely renovated, the resort disposes of a main building with the restaurant at 100 meters from the sea and an annexe, just 50 meters fron the beach, both with a private parking.

Even if we are only a 2 star hotel, we offer our guests all comforts and services: all rooms dispose of telephone, Sat-TV, air-conditioning, heating, hairdryer, shower and private bathroom.
The kitchen, directly managed by the owners, offers a "à la carte menu" with a large choice of fish, meat and vegetables, from which our guests can choose from.
The beach of Seccheto, framed by beautiful cliffs, is completely free of beach baths, but our hotel offers its guests the use of deck chairs and umbrellas free of charge.
We are open all year round and all rooms dispose of heating for the fresher months of the year.
In Seccheto our guests can also find bars, restaurants, newspapers, cigarets, a small supermarket, a bazar and a post office.

About Seccheto
The beach of Seccheto, and 'in fine sand, and' 150 meters long and easily accessible from a convenient switch that starts from the road. There are no bathing facilities except for a bar with a rental, but the hotel provides a service of sunbeds and parasols managed directly by customers. The beach are the large rocks which are formed on platforms where exposure to the sun. The depth and 'sandy and the water particularly crystalline. To its left are frequented Le Swimming, details of the natural rock formations that create the natural pools near the sea suitable for children's play. On the right side and 'an indentation for small boats and towing a boat to reach by car.
A Seccheto located Diving Service Center offering PADI courses at all levels and guided excursions along the southwestern coast of the island.
The Mountain:
Seccheto and 'a small country with a great tradition in the cultivation of the vine and in the processing of granite. Roman times (I sec. AC) up to 40 years ago in Seccheto were loaded the holds of sailing ships carrying these products. The island has in fact supplied granite for the columns of the Church of San Giovanni in Rome, or the churches of Pisa. Even today the road that rises to Vallebuia you can see some Roman columns and abandoned quarries and open at the top of the valley of the vines are grown and produce good wine. Seccheto lies at the foot of the massif of Mount Capanne whose summit reaches to 1019 meters. Depart from the country paths that are connected to the network that links all the villages in the west is the coast of both the hill and reach the crest of the mountains. Some of the paths have trouble 'but most are easily accessible by all and well marked by the work of the National Park of the Tuscan Archipelago and the Costa del Sole Consortium of which the hotel is a part.
